I have searched Pinterest and google for some healthy but yummy lunch ideas.
Luckily I found this! I am in love with avocado, so I quickly clicked away on this of course.
Everything in it, is good fo’ yo’ ass. So enjoy 🙂
1/2 plain greek non-fat yogurt
1 avocado, mashed
1 cup cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup of finely diced red onion
1/4 tsp fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped grapes
1 avocado, sliced
Mash avocado in a bowl, add greek yogurt.
Fold in chicken, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add celery, onion, grapes, and lime juice.
Mix and spread onto tortilla.
Spread a few avocado slices on top.
roll up and enjoy!
