Honey Peach Smoothie Recipe

I chose this smoothie due to my pregnancy cravings. .. . . fruit!

With fruit being excellent for you and honey being powerful as well, this sweet delight is a dream!

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/4 cups of plain lowfat yogurt

1 lb. of ripe, peeled, pitted, and sliced peaches

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/4  of honey

1/4 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Add ingredients in blender and boom 🙂 Yummy goodness!

To make it cold, you could also put the yogurt into an ice cube tray, let them freeze, and then throw them in and blend ~
