4 Quick Healthy Breakfast Ideas!

An easy way to eat healthy without even realizing it is by step-by-step replacing your 3 meals a day type meals with something good for you.

So how about some healthy breakfast ideas? 🙂

1. Avocado Toast!

An Instgram classic isn’t it lol but it’s so so good and super quick to make!

Just get yourself some whole wheat toast, and put on the avocado however you see fit! Slices or just smear it on 🙂
You can of course add whatever seasoning you want. I like to add a tiny bit of A Thousand Island dressing.

2. Strawberry Banana Smoothie + Oatmeal

Of course just a smoothie wouldn’t be filling enough for many, so, add some oatmeal to the mix!

Throw your strawberries and bananas in the blender, add some Nonfat milk, and blend away. Then just cook your oatmeal 🙂

For your beverage, have some tea of your choice !

3. Tomato Toast with Macadamia Ricotta

Make your whole grain toast, spread some macadamia ricotta cheese on top, then cut thin slices of some tomato.
You can dab the tomato with a paper towel to remove the excess liquid.

Of course sprinkle whatever seasoning on top if you like 🙂

4. Microwavable Scrambled Eggs with Veggies

Beat two eggs, put into a microwave safe bowl, add veggies (cherry tomatoes and spinach would do nicely), add a light sprinkle of cheese. Microwave it for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds. Or at least until the eggs are solid!

Then you’re done !
